Automobile part are new project  for us, since we gained a quit big order from worldwide automobile manufactory and wholesaler, distributors. Vehicle industry is growing faster than last decade years, so we decide jump in this products fabrication.

Various auto parts products, for  ex., vehicle car  truck trailer part, bus part, require comprehensive production ability. We have most metal processing and forming equipment and technical supporting staff ,in house engineer 10 person.






 

We  have 7 big shop with punching, bending, stamping, laser cutting equipment, and polishing and  packing shop.









Our  custom molding tooling die disig engineer can make fast reaction to design and prototyping the tooling for modification the die and sample part. We  also have advanced CNC mechanical center (top brand in China) to ensure most tooling production.

 

Sheet metal Car Parts and Accessories is our new focus: we are  able to make standard parts in bulk quantity and  customized  metal parts in small manufacturing: from big art enclosure to small hardware, from small car to heavy truck, as well forklift . Our auto parts include: brake accessories, transmission parts, electrical instruments, engine parts and other  machine cover,fence, cover, stamped any  shaped enclosure,top, tray products.
